• The product has not been worn or used.
• The product has not been washed, colored, cut, bleached, or chemically treated.
• The product has not been heat-styled or otherwise altered.
• The product remains in its original condition and packaging where applicable.
• Any included accessories, tags, protective materials, or other components are returned where required.
• The customer can provide the relevant order information.

Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee approval. Each request may be reviewed based on the circumstances and condition of the returned product.

Product Condition

Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale. Customers should inspect their wig carefully after delivery without wearing or altering it if they believe a return may be necessary.

A product may not qualify for a refund if it shows signs of wear, styling, washing, brushing that materially changes the original condition, modification, damage, or other use.

Original packaging and protective materials should be retained until you have confirmed that the product is suitable for you.

Hygiene Requirements

Wigs and hair products are personal-use items. For hygiene and product safety reasons, returned products must be unused and free from signs of contact with the body, hair products, cosmetics, perfume, smoke, or other substances.

We may decline a return when a product has been worn, washed, styled, altered, or otherwise handled in a way that prevents it from being resold in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Products & Situations

A refund may not be available for products that have been:

• Worn or used.
• Washed or conditioned.
• Cut, trimmed, colored, bleached, or chemically treated.
• Heat-styled or permanently altered.
• Damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care.
• Returned without required components or packaging where applicable.
• Returned after the applicable return period.

Promotional, clearance, personalized, or other specially identified products may have separate return conditions where stated on the product page or at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact ColaStudio Hair as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review the issue, we may request your order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a brief description of the problem.

Please do not wash, wear, cut, style, or otherwise alter a product that appears damaged or incorrect before contacting us, as alterations may affect the resolution of the claim.
