Damaged Packages

Multiple Items in One Order

When an order contains multiple wig products or accessories, items may be packaged together or shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse processing, package size, and carrier requirements.

If products are shipped separately, customers may receive more than one tracking update.

Wig Care After Delivery

Once your wig arrives, we recommend carefully removing the packaging and checking the product before washing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or making any alterations.
